Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup cheese (such as Parmesan or Pecorino Romano, grated)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 15g carrot greens
- 40g basil leaves
- Pink salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh lemon juice, to taste (about half a lemon)

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
   - Rinse the basil leaves and carrot greens thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

2. Blend the Ingredients:
